That is why our team members participate in various conferences, thematic meetings, trainings. Such events allow to learn a lot, share best practices.
Training “Managing Structural Division” took place in Kyiv on the 3rd and 4th of February 2015. It was meant for managers of different levels and helped to improve analytical and leadership skills, develop skills in planning and organization of team-work.
QATestLab employees attended this training and found it very useful because effective management plays a key role in successful implementation of projects.
Coaches Tatiana Emelyanova and Yuri Navruzov left a good impression on our colleagues. They planned the training so that it included mini-lectures, coaching, business and role-playing games, exercises, control of the acquired knowledge in the form of tests.
This gave the participants an opportunity not only to get theoretical information, but try to apply the new methods and approaches in practice as well.
Thanks to this training our colleagues mastered new skills and algorithms of planning, organization and controlling team-work. This knowledge will help us to improve efficiency of testing activities and hold leading positions at the software testing market.
The participants were given certificates upon completion of the course.
