Project Overview

The client's products were multiple casual games with one big multiplatform in-game social tool.

These games in the hidden object genre allow the player to unravel a detective story with intrigue and mystical overtones, as well as search for objects and solve puzzles. The functionality of the games includes fulfilling risky quests, exploring dungeons, searching for amulets, and getting help from friends.

Tasks

The publisher company reached out to the QATestLab team in order to perform functional and localization testing and ensure a flawless gaming experience.

The client needed us to check the backend components using special logging tools and ADB commands and perform localization testing for 8 different locations.

Along with that, they also needed to test user experience, built-in social networks, payment processing, and thousands of levels in different quests.

Realization

Our dedicated team of testers is actively engaged in every testing stage, including beta testing, release candidate testing, and acceptance testing.

Swift resolution of any unresolved issues was achieved through effective communication with the client's representative. We diligently monitored the release of new software builds, facilitating the retesting of fixed bugs.
