Desktop application. The system was completely evaluated in scope of usability and was well-documented for end-user.
The main objective of the project was user interface and usability testing of the desktop application under various operating systems (Windows, Linux and MacOS) and support of existing system with use-cases and documentation. The project methodology was RUP. Different testing types and techniques were used.
All project documents and reports were sent to the customer according to the procedure of process management.
