ePortfolio is the leading Enterprise Electronic Portfolio (EEP) solution that opens up a world of possibilities for students and faculty. It provides a highly flexible, configurable and scalable environment that allows students, faculty, alumni and staff to store digital artifacts and share them in a secure way across (and even outside of) the institution.
The main objective of the project was testing of user interface and desktop application usability using different operation systems (Windows, Linux and Mac OS) and creation of use-cases and documentation for the existing system. The project methodology was RUP. Different testing types and techniques were used.
The system was completely evaluated in scope of usability and documented for end-user. All test-cases were based on use-cases and then transformed into user's documentation. All project documents and reports were sent to the customer according to the procedure of process management.
