Solving Real Accessibility Issues in E-learning

To help a simulation-based learning platform get ready for EAA, QATestLab tackled real accessibility issues head-on. We identified critical barriers like poor keyboard navigation and missing alt text, then improved screen reader support and cross-device usability — making the virtual café experience inclusive, smooth, and standards-compliant.

Project Overview

The project is a simulation-based learning platform where business students and restaurant trainees run a virtual cafe for 12 weeks. They make strategic decisions on operations, staffing, and marketing, with built-in analytics to track performance and profitability.
