Online Job and Applicant Search System

The online job search platform efficiently finds the most suitable candidates for open positions. A key feature of the platform is the ability for employers to create custom online aptitude tests, allowing candidates to demonstrate their skills beyond standard application details.

The development team required a system for continuous site monitoring and automated analysis of detected bugs, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.

Before automation, the client's team conducted manual testing, which required 8 hours per release. To accelerate the process, we developed an automated test suite using Cypress and JavaScript, covering three key components: the administrative unit, the employer's unit, and the employee's unit.

We integrated the Cypress Dashboard for efficient test monitoring and cloned our test framework into the client's BitBucket repository. We optimized the workflow by integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, enabling parallel execution. This reduced test time from 4 hours to just 1 hour, cutting both time and resource costs.

Additionally, we developed a library for automatic TestRail updates, ensuring real-time reporting after each test run. This automation streamlined the testing process and significantly improved release efficiency.
