BugMuncher is a website tool for feedback by means of which the user can limelight some problems or issues on the site and send the screenshot of this problem/issue to the customer.
The benefit of the system is that you can not only make screenshot of the bug, but also specify the browser, where the bug is performed, the operating system, steps to reproduce and even the browser plug-ins.
The feedback function allows to avoid the great number of messages with the confusing tryings to explain the problem - you can send the screen with the precise indication of the defect and all preconditions and conditions for its performance.
