Key challenges and actions for project completion
The main objective of the project was testing of user interface and usability of desktop application under various operation systems (Windows, Linux and MacOS) and the support of existing system with use-cases and documentation. The project methodology was RUP. Different testing types and techniques were used.
All project documents and reports were sent to the customer according to the procedure of process management.
