The major communications portal of the Russian Internet appealed to QATestLab company with a request to help in automating test cases for Android application to work with e-mail.
To solve this problem, our test engineers used Ranorex Studio – the tool for automated testing of mobile applications, GUI Windows and web applications.
The main benefits to using Ranorex Studio are: easy and clear development framework, full assistance to .NET development and C# and VB.NET, using of XPath to identify items in the repository, the opportunity to store test in our standard versioning system (Git), ease of integration with system CI (Jenkins).
As a result of the conducted testing the client got easily followed set of automated tests for regression testing.
