Training Center Specialist

We are looking for Training Center Specialist

QATestLab Training Center is the “forge” of talents and the birthplace of software testers – professionals of IT industry. More information about Training Center you can find here: http://training.qatestlab.com/ 

Functional responsibilities:

  • preparation and administration of webinars conducted by QA Engineers of the company;

  • check students’ homework during all the course;
  • provide technical support to the students in order to give feedback and all necessary information;
  • solve issues arising during the learning process;
  • do statistical analysis on classes and learning results;
  • participation in the development of new courses;
  • assessing the effectiveness of training and taking measures to improve it;
  • participation in job fairs and presentations at universities. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • advanced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint);

  • responsibility and independence in the performance of tasks;
  • sociability, desire and ability to communicate with students and technical specialists;
  • ability to clearly articulate your thoughts, competent Russian speech and writing;
  • work with a large amount of information;
  • ability to develop and organize a program of studying;
  • Intermediate+ level of English (is a must); 
  • working experience with students is desirable.
