We are looking for IT Recruiter


Functional Responsibilities:

  • candidate's profile forming (a list of the requirements of education, experience, skills, personal and professional characteristics of the applicant);
  • writing job descriptions;
  • source and recruit candidates by using social media, internal base (pool) of candidates etc;
  • conducting skype interviews and personal interviews;
  • onboarding of new employees.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • experience in recruitment (preferably, but not must have);
  • initiative, creativity, enthusiasm in recruiting IT specialists;
  • interviewing techniques knowledge;
  • the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • strong organizational skills;
  • Intermediate level of English.
