  • QATestLab team is looking for HR employees in Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy, Sumy

Functional responsibilities:

  • holding onboarding and adaptation (for new employees and during internal staff movement)
  • the organization, supervising and holding one-on-one meetings, performance review meetings, exit interviews
  • career consulting
  • analysis of morally-psychological situation among the staff
  • close interaction with HRD, heads of departments, recruiter team and company/office employees
  • participation in projects on development the company HR-brand
  • assistance in organizing and participating in corporate events: team buildings, workshops, presentations in Universities, job fairs, etc.

What do we expect:

  • 1+ years of experience as HR/recruiter (Experience in IT will be a plus)
  • desire to work with people
  • understanding the main principles of HR processes organization inside the company
  • excellent communicative skills
  • ability to negotiate, look out for people, diplomacy, 
  • organization strengths, ability to allocate time

Will be a plus:

  • knowledge of improving the staff engagement methods
  • HR survey designing and interpretation skills (loyalty, engagement, satisfaction with the level of communication)
  • skills of work with HR-analytics
