On the 28th - 29th of November, 2014, all-Ukrainian conference HR-IT 2014 took place in Lviv. The event is organized by RTC – a company involved in recruiting, staff training, and organization of professional conferences.
It was the 4th HR-IT conference. It became a tradition to hold this conference every year. IT sphere is rapidly developing, involving more and more people with different education and experience, and the demand for skilled IT specialists is constantly growing. This makes successful recruiting and human resources management important aspects of an IT company prosperity.
This year the conference became international and was attended by 160 participants. There were representatives of many Ukrainian and Belarus IT companies. Interesting reports delivered experts from Great Britain, Germany, the USA, Russia. The speakers were mostly personnel directors, chief human resources officers, HR managers.
Representatives of our company also visited the event. The conference allowed to learn the new ideas about managing and motivating the staff, solving emergency and everyday problems.
Our colleagues found many of the ideas useful and interesting. They communicated with colleagues from еру other home and foreign companies, shared experience, ideas, impressions from the lectures.
