Executive Summary
The main goal of system is assurance of round-the-clock support of company's fuel card customers.
The system contains the necessary tools and allows the client to manage the settings of available fuel cards efficiently, including settings in a stop-list, to check the state of balance in the cash account with the possibility to generate the payment documentation.
The system provides users with access to the information about balance, payment arrears, state of fuel cards, general information - contact information, Shell filling stations network, FAQ.
Key challenges and actions for project completion
The system was tested on each of the development phases.
Data exchange with external sources had been thoroughly tested before the system was submitted for the work. We performed security testing according to the requirements of customer’s corporate security.
