Bug Report is a structured document describing a bug encountered in the system during testing. A well-documented and structured bug report are understandable and effective, reducing developer time and increasing the likelihood of it being fixed.

Core Information Required in a Bug/Defect Report:

• Problem short title
• Steps to reproduce the bug
• Actual result
• Expected result
• Other related information: screenshots, logs.
